CTC LEAF:  68,547 packages of tea on offer continued to meet with a selective demand.

BROKENS/FANNINGS: Limited demand continued where once again only a select few lines of teas sold at around last levels with heavier withdrawals.

DUST :  4,331 packages of  tea on offer continued to meet with a selective demand. Only a few teas sold around last levels with heavy withdrawals. Blenders lent good support with fair interest from the Loose tea buyers.

COMMENTS:  This was the last sale of the season (2024-2025) where the offerings comprised of reprinted teas which again met with a restricted demand. There was a slightly larger  weight of New Season teas on offer which met with a stronger demand and witnessed more competition from both Blenders and the Loose tea buyer although prices were below Brokers’ valuations. The better varieties ranged between Tk. 240/- and Tk.300/- whilst the Mediums fetched between Tk.210/- and Tk.230/-.

Once again, Dusts saw huge withdrawals.
